Shibori silk ribbon - Pewter and Gold [10cm]

Original, exclusive shibori silk ribbon dyed and pleated by hand by this technique's master Glennis Dolce - Shibori Girl Studios.

These beautiful ribbons are 4" (pleated to ~ 1") bias cut 100% silk satin ribbon, with a semi-permanent pleating (you may alter the texture with steam of your iron or completely flatten it by ironing on the silk setting). Each piece may have an unique colorway and each roll of the ribbon may vary. Colors on the ribbon blend in a magical way, creating colorful stories...

Color - Pewter and Gold (ribbon base colored in gray, painted olive and yellow)

Price per 10 cm of lenght, multiply will be sent in one continuous piece.

Please note that ribbons are made using silk fabric strips which are joined to form a continuous piece. So somewhere on the full roll of ribbon there will be a seam somewhere in its length. This cannot be avoided but is hardly noticeable as the dyeing is continuous. However we will do our best to avoid sending you a 10 cm piece containing a seam, as we can imagine that it might be hard to use that small piece when it has a seam. Therefore, if you order longer pieces they may have a seam.
